Shipping policy

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the UK, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, and to the USA.

Delivery options

• Free standard delivery by Royal Mail, usually 2–5 working days.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature, £6. We dispatch the next working day and Royal Mail aims to deliver the day after dispatch. Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and parts of Scotland may take a little longer.

Tracking

Tracked 24 orders come with a tracking number, which you can use on the Royal Mail website.

Delivery to the USA

US delivery costs $13.50 and is sent by Royal Mail with tracking. It usually arrives within about two weeks.

US import duty is calculated and charged at checkout.

Problems with your delivery
